What CMOs Get Wrong About AI Adoption
Most AI adoption in marketing fails for a simple reason: the organization treats AI like a tool rollout when it is actually an operating model change.
That sounds obvious, but most teams still approach AI the wrong way. They buy a platform. They appoint a task force. They run a handful of experiments in content, media, or analytics. Then they declare one of two things. Either AI is transformative, or it is overhyped.
